Refunds
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds. All sales are final but if you accidentally purchased an item before we ship it out, please contact islandercoral@gmail.com immediately.
Dead On Arrival (DOA)
In an unfortunate event of Dead On Arrival (DOA) within 2 hours of receipt of the package (no shipping delays), please email pictures of the DOA items to islandercoral@gmail.com. We can replace the item and if it's out of stock, there's an option to replace with another item in a similar value or store credit.
Returns
We don't accept returns and for cases of certified DOA, we don't require you to ship back the item/s.
