Shipping policy

We take pride in our shipping procedures to make sure the item arrives in best shape. However, we cannot control shipping delays caused by the courier. For Dead On Arrival (DOA) caused by shipping delays by the courier, we cannot offer replacements or refunds but we can offer discount on next order/s, to the discretion of Collector Corals management. Communication is the key, so contact us and we can work out some options.

• We only ship from Tuesday to Thursday.
• Combined shipping is ok
• Local pickup/meetup can be arranged, please email us
• Free shipping on certain amount purchased
• We only ship to validated addresses, no PO Box
• We only ship to Continental Unites States (No shipping to Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii)
• We only ship once we get confirmation from the customer on the date of preferred shipment
